This area of the noticeboard is dedicated to the communal areas of Elizabeth Square still under Bellway management.
As we are still in the process of handing over areas to the Management Company, all feedback/queries/complaints should be directed to Naomi at Consulo, by completing the Feedback Form below or by calling the Freephone Community Information Line (0800 294 1304). We have appointed Naomi as our dedicated Resident Liaison, and she is here to help.
Here we will share work being undertaken on the communal areas each month – including details on road/pavement toppings, landscaping, lighting etc.
What is happening this month?
15 September to 25 September – Omaha Place
Work during this period will concentrate on topping of the road and pedestrian areas of Omaha Place, along with installing the emergency link posts to Barrington Road and fitting the road name. An additional post on the pavement in this location is also being installed to prevent vehicles accessing the development by the pavement. Please see plan below.
28 September to 2 October – Beachhead Grove (numbers 22 to 46 evens)
Work during this period will concentrate on topping of the road and pedestrian areas, along with landscaping of the area between 44 and 46 Beachhead Grove as shown on the plan below.
