Management Company responsibilities

We are in the process of appointing Remus as the Management Company at Elizabeth Square and we expect to start handing over communal areas for management in October 2026.

Once that happens, this page will provide details of which areas at Elizabeth Square Remus are currently responsible for maintaining and details of how to contact them should you need/wish. This information will be continuously updated as further areas are handed over.

She is your dedicated resident liaison for Bellway on these matters and is here to help.
